About the house / 02
A global home for music with soul.
Moyo House is a virtual music office and global movement, rooted in East Africa and initially registered in Denmark.
We are building a fairer route into the global music economy so more value can reach underrepresented and underserved artists whose work is often blocked by language, genre, or traditional industry gatekeeping.
Our music should touch the soul before it needs translation. We fuse genres rather than fit artists into one box, bringing multilingual collaborators together with producers and instrumentalists from South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and beyond.
The room is virtual today. Our roadmap is to establish regional Moyo House offices as the movement grows, while keeping the house open to the world.
